Body length 5.1 mm and fore wing length 4.6mm.

Antenna broken. Occipital carina complete mediodorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina at an oblique angle. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, rugulose anterodorsally and along broad, weakly impressed precoxal sulcus, speculum absent. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.7 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.75 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.15 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.5 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.4 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell more or less evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu straight, pigmented, marginally antefurcal. Hind tibia without comb of modified adpressed setae apicomedially. Claws with pecten of approximately six long, evenly spaced teeth. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite medium-sized, convex anteriorly, sharply concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite distinct on anterior 0.6.

Although only a few flagellar segments remain, these are distinctly yellower from about the 8 th.

Etymology. In reference to the pectenate claws.
