Body length 6.1 (corrected) mm, fore wing length 4.2 mm and antenna length 7.5 mm.
Antenna with 44 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere cylindrical, distinctly acuminate. Median flagellomeres 3.5 x longer than wide. Back of head strongly contracted behind eyes. Occipital carina strong and lamelliform, rounded medio-dorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron punctate anteriorly becoming aciculate posteriorly, precoxal sulcus weakly impressed, foveate rugose, speculum absent. Propodeum with midlongitudinal carina virtually complete though irregular posteriorly. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.2 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with very narrow glabrous line opposite 1-M. Hind Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.25 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.95 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 3.6 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.5 x 1-M.
wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu present as a pigmented line, interstitial. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified adpressed setae. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite well developed, rounded anteriorly, steeply concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3rd tergite hardly differentiated from other longitudinal striation except at base.
Etymology. In reference to the distinctly posterolaterally emarginate fourth metasomal tergites.
