Body length 4.8 mm, fore wing length 3.9 mm.
Antenna incomplete in holotype. Occipital carina complete, evenly curver mediodorsally, joining hypostomal carina ventrally. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, precoxal sulcus rather flat and rugulose, specular area entirely aciculate. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete but rather irregular from middle backwards. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.25 x 1-CU1. Fore wing subbasal cell with a large glabrous zone centrally in distal 0.2. Fore wing vein 3- SR 1.4 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.8 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.65 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.1 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell largely glabrous. Hind wing vein m-cu pigmented. Apex of hind tibia with comb of modified adpressed setae medially and ventrally. Claws with pecten of approximaely 7 quite long, thin, well separated teeth on basal lobe. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite weakly produced, rounded. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite hardly dfferentiated.
