MATERIAL EXAMINED. Bragin district , E of Gden’ village, 51°20′08″N, 30°28′37″E, 115 m a.s.l., pine forest, from dry oak and pine trees brunches overgrown by lichens, 26.07.2020, 1♀, collected by beating the vegetation; GoogleMaps Loev district, E of Pervomaisk village, 52°03′35″N, 30°46′25″E, 114 m a.s.l., abandoned garden, 27.08.2022, 1♂, collected by hand GoogleMaps .

DISTRIBUTION. Palaearctic species. Known from some regions of European Russia [ Vishnyakova, 1964; Georgiev, Ruchin, 2023; Georgiev et al., 2023].

NOTES. A moderately small (c. 2.5–3.5 mm) barkfly. This species found on a wide range of deciduous and coniferous (evergreen) tree and bush branches.
