TYPE LOCALITY: Papua New Guinea, Trobriand Isis., Kiriwina Isl. (=Trobriand Isl.) .

DISTRIBUTION: Trobriand Isis.

COMMENT: Almost certainly a subspecies of pannietensis (KFK). A record from Bougainville Isl. is based on a misidentified inermis ; see Bergmans, 1979, Beaufortia, 29(355).
