3. Fordia cauliflora Hemsl. View in CoL in Forbes & Hemsley (1886: 160).
≡ Millettia cauliflora (Hemsl.) Gagnepain (1916: 350) View in CoL , non Prain (1897: 94).
Type : — CHINA. Guangdong, on the west river, May 1882, C. Ford s.n. (holotype: K000898188 !; isotypes: A00066256 !, HK 0006962 image!, NY00008079 !) .
Gagnepain (1916b) and Hô (1999) recorded this species from Vietnam. But Lock & Heald (1994) clearly pointed out this record by Gagnepain (1916b) was presumably in error. This species was considered to be endemic to China ( Wei & Pedley 2010). We also did not find any specimens from other countries. Thus, it should be excluded from the flora of Vietnam.
