Material examined: Pakistan: 2 exs., Hazara , Nathias Gali , 2500 m, 5.VI.1983, leg. Besuchet & Löbl ( MHNG, cAss) .

Comment: Orphnebius hauseri had been reported from North India ( Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand) and Nepal ( ASSING 2006b, 2009, 2015a). The above specimens represent the first record from Pakistan. The currently known distribution is illustrated in Map 1 View Map 1 .
