D i a g n o s t i c c h a r a c t e r s. Eye bare, antenna black, third antennal segment large and covered by brownish microtrichia, antennal socket separated ( fig. 1 View Fig , h), sides of facial knob bare; wing hyaline ( fig. 1 View Fig , g); legs mostly black, except tibia pale in two sides.
