Type material — holotype [by original designation]: MCZ 74465; paratypes: MCZ 74466 (21 spms.), NMW.Z.1981.118.00122 (1 spm.), USNM 530146 (1 spm.). Type locality —“Lake Lanao, Misamis, Mindanao, Philippine Islands ”. Distribution —only known from the type locality.
