Diagnosis
Upper frons wide (figure 96); entire antenna white; female scape wide (figure 103) (compared to vittatus (figure 98)); thoracic dorsum dark with golden-purple tinges, dull; thoracic dorsum convex; fore coxa dark and metallic, mid and hind coxae white; posterior margin of pale area on gaster straight (as in vittatus (figure 104)).
Female (length of body = 0.9–1.1 mm)
Colour. Antenna white. Frons and vertex with metallic green tinges. Mesosoma dark with golden-purple tinges. Fore coxa dark and metallic, mid and hind coxae white; femora, tibiae and tarsi white. Fore wing weakly infuscate around stigmal vein. Gaster pale at base (as in vittatus (figure 104)), otherwise dark.
Head. Antenna as in figure 103. HE/MS/WM: 4.0/1.0/1.8. Frons and vertex with small meshed strong reticulation. Frontal suture present medially (figure 96). POL/OOL/POO: 3.3/3.3/1.0. Occipital margin rounded. WH/WT=1.2.
Mesosoma . Mesoscutum and scutellum convex dorsally, with strong reticulation. Mesoscutum 0.5× as long as wide, with numerous scattered setae. Scutellum 0.8× as long as wide, with numerous scattered setae. Axilla advanced 0.7× its length in front of scuto-scutellar sulcus. Fore wing speculum closed below; costal cell with setae on ventral surface; submarginal vein with three setae; LW/LM/HW: 2.2/1.0/1.6; PM/ST =0.6. Propodeum with complete median carina, narrow anteriorly and strongly expanding towards hind margin of propodeum (as in marki (figure 6)), propodeal surface smooth; propodeal callus with two setae.
Metasoma. Gaster smooth and shiny; MM/LG=0.9–1.1.
