Jedli č ka, 1931: 23 (Original: Pterostichus (incert. sed.); lectotype deposited in NMPC); Jedlička, 1962: 300 ( Pterostichus (incert. sed.); Lorenz, 1998: 266 ( Pterostichus (incert. sed. )); Bousquet, 2003: 497 ( Pterostichus (Lianoe )); Lorenz, 2005: 283 ( Pterostichus (Lianoe) , sphodriformis-group); Shi et al., 2013: 108 ( Pterostichus (Wraseiellus), andrewesi View in CoL -group).

Additional materials. 1 male ( IZAS), “2007.6-22, morn, Mt. Micangshan , pitfall trap, the third bottle, Liang leg.” [in Chinese] .

Distribution. Only known from two isolated localities: Jinfoshan Mountain, Chongqing Municipality (type locality) and Micangshan Mountain, Sichuan Province (new provincial record).
