Type material. Holotype (female): “ Jalapa [ Vera Cruz ], Mexico, Hoege ” \ „ Type “ [red circle], ( BMNH).
Remarks. According the characters mentioned by Beal (1975, 1985) the species belongs to the C. triste species group.
Distribution. Species known from Mexico: Vera Cruz.
