Measurements. Body length: 24.3–25.1 mm. CL: 0.85; EL: 3.46; ELS: 2.01; EW: 3.55; HL: 2.58; HW: 2.94; PO: 0.85; PL: 3.38; PW: 3.13.

Distribution. Ocypus densissimus is at present known from Jiangxi and Sichuan Province.
