( Ecuador), Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, St. Croix, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad, Venezuela.
