Distribution. Czech Republic, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, China, Korea, Japan.

Remarks. Larvae develop in many confer species, but more often in Picea sp. and Abies sp. They can also develop in Betula sp. Adults are active from early May to mid-September.
