Holotype: male; type locality: Liziping, Shimian, Sichuan, China; location of type specimen: Shanghai Entomological Museum of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Redescription. Male. Tegmina and stridulatory file obviously shorter than the other species of the genus. Stridulatory file weakly bent, 0.6 mm long, with about 48 teeth. Posterior margin of tenth abdominal tergite slightly concave. Cerci longer, moderately curved upwards; middle area slightly broadened, apical area depressed, with a short, obtuse tooth. Subgenital plate longer than wide, basal margin with 1 V-shaped concavity, posterior margin nearly truncate, styli on apical area of lateral margin.
Coloration. Body light yellowish green. Disc of pronotum with a broad longitudinal light brown stripe, the outer margin with a longitudinal yellow stripe. Dorsal surface of male abdomen with a broad longitudinal light brown stripe, that of female not distinct.
Material examined. 3 males and 11 females (conserved in pined), Liziping, Shimian, Sichuan, China, 13 August, 2010, coll. Fu-Ming Shi; 1 male and 2 females (conserved in alcohol), other data as before.
Measurements (mm). Body: ♂10.0–10.5, ♀19.5–20.0; pronotum: ♂3.5–4.0, ♀3.5–4.0; tegmen: ♂2.0–2.5, ♀2.0–2.5; postfemur: ♂9.0–9.5, ♀10.0–10.5; ovipositor: 6.5–7.0.
Distribution. China (Sichuan).
