Pennella holteni ( Desmarest, 1825)

Not valid. Desmarest (1825) named a new species while transferring the species described by Holten (1802), P. exocoeti , from Lernaea to Lernaeopenna , both of which are synonyms of Pennella . There was no actual description of a new species in the original report. Accepted as P. exocoeti ( Walter & Boxshall 2015) .
