Notes: — Ridley (1923) included both P. cantleyi and P. scortechinii in his account, but admitted to not having seen any material of P. scortechinii . The only original material that we have located for the latter is in CAL. The material of the two species matches and we therefore reduce P. cantleyi to synonymy.
