Global records: Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, the Indonesian Archipelago to New Guinea, and New Britain Isl. ( Arora 1976; Yakovlev 2011; Sanyal et al. 2018; Mitra et al. 2019).
