Type locality. KZN, Pietermaritzburg (no more data).

Distribution. Type locality only, in KZN midlands.

Remarks. Holotype SAMC A21620. Paratypes SAMC A21621; BMNH 1938.7.1.1291–1292 (one of four specimens is described as ‘aberrant’).
