Type locality. KZN, uKhahlamba-Drakensberg World Heritage Park, Injasuthi, Van Henningens Pass Forest, in the leaf litter.

Distribution. Type locality only at foothills of the central Drakensberg. Remarks. Holotype NMSA/Olig.03916.
