Distribution in India: Meghalaya (Cherrapunji) ( Swinhoe 1895); West Bengal ( Mandal & Maulik 1997), Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur ( Irungbam et al. 2020, Pathania et al. 2021). Global records: Nepal, Bhutan, southern and eastern China, northern Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar ( Hauenstein et al. 2011).
