Atlantomediterrane Art, deren Verbreitung aber noch weitgehend unbekannt ist. Bisher aus Italien unbekannt ( SMETANA 2004). Eine ähnliche Verbreitung zeigt Ischnosoma biplagiatum (FAIRMAIRE 1860) View in CoL , eine atlantomediterrane Art, deren einzige italienische Nachweise ebenfalls von Sardinien und Sizilien stammen.
