Geographic distribution. Peru ( Andersen 1990), Chile ( Berg 1881a).
Distribution in Peru. Lima ( Andersen 1990).
Notes. Kirkaldy & Torre-Bueno (1909) listed this species from Venezuela, which was repeated by Drake & Harris (1934), but needs confirmation ( Andersen 1990). Drake & Harris (1933a) mentioned the occurrence of this species in Argentina, which was considered very unlikely by Mazzucconi & Bachmann (1995).
