Male: Dark brown, crown pronotum and scutellum marked with irregular dark brown spots. Compound eyes with reddish tinge. Face black to ochraceous with irregular transverse dark brown stripes. Forewings dark brown veins yellow, bordered with dark brown ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1-16 ). Head including eyes 1.01x width of pronotum ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 1-16 ), in dorsal view obliquely rounded in front, crown length 0.37x width across eyes; face length 0.85x width of face. Ocelli near anterior margin of crown and distance between eye and ocellus equal to diameter of ocellus. Pronotum 0.5x as long as width and 0.8x length of scutellum ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 1-16 ).

Male Genitalia: Pygofer ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 23-29 ) is as long as wide, with long macrosetae on posterior margin, dorsal and ventral posterior margin with minute serrations. Subgenital plate ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 23-29 ) triangular, bluntly narrowed apically, with 7-10 uniseriate macrosetae along sub-lateral margin. Style ( Figs. 25-26 View FIGURES 23-29 ) broad at base with preapical lobe not developed, apophysis long, slender, dentate serration on inner margin, blunt at apex, 0.33 of total style length. Connective Y shaped ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 23-29 ) with stem 0.5x as long as arm. Aedeagus in lateral view ( Fig. 27 View FIGURES 23-29 ) equally wide from base to near apex, trifurcated subapically, median projection curved dorsally with bifurcated apex, lateral projections curved downwards with small conical process on the ventro-subapical margin. In dorsal view, lateral subapical projections with broad serrated margins ( Fig. 28 View FIGURES 23-29 ). Gonopore subapical at base of processes.

Measurement (mm): Total Length: 7.1; Crown Length: 0.5; Width of Head: 1.9; Width of Pronotum: 2.4.

Etymology: The epithet refers to the type locality, Dalang.

Type Material: Holotype: 1³ INDIA: Himachal Pradesh, Dalang maidan, (76°59ʹN, 32°30ʹE and 3300 MSL) 23.ix.2016, sweep net Coll., Niranjana GoogleMaps . Paratype 3³. Same data as holotype ( NPC) GoogleMaps .

Remarks: This species is similar to P. yatungensis but differs in having the aedeagus bifurcated apically with serrated subapical processes.
