Orfelia (Isoneuromyia) ventosa Sivec & Plassmann, 1982: 7 View in CoL .
Sivec & Plassmann (1982) described six new species of Mycetophilidae View in CoL (s.l.) from Sri Lanka. One of these, Orfelia ventosa View in CoL , was assigned by them to the subgenus Isoneuromyia View in CoL but the authors noted the difference in the male genitalia, indicating that it was similar to that of Orfelia flava (Macquart) [now in Neoplatyura View in CoL ]. The illustration of the male genitalia provided by the authors is typical of Neoplatyura View in CoL and I thus transfer the species to that genus.
