Distribution. Europe, Russian Far East, China (Qinghai); in Japan known from Hokkaido I. First record from Japan.
Biology. Parasitoid of birch leaf mining Eriocrania species ( Lepidoptera : Eriocraniidae ) in Europe ( Jordan 1998).
