Endemic

[ Holotype: CASC; ♀ San Pedro , Baja California Sur, Mexico; October 7, 1941]

Perdita propodealis is an endemic species to the BCS and has been reported in the Gulf Coast, Sarcocaulescent Shrubland, and Magdalena Plains ecoregions. Associated specimens for these records are vouchered at CASC, UCRC, and BBSL ( Timberlake, 1954). We examined five females, two collected in San Pedro in October 1941, two in La Paz in October 1955, and one 5.5 mi. northwest of Todos Santos in January 1959 (CASC). Additionally, we examined 16 females collected in the Sarcocaulescent Shrubland in November 2016 (BBSL). The BBPT collected one female in March 2021 near Ciudad Constitución (MABC). See fig. 42.
