Melissodes (Eumelissodes) agilis Cresson, 1878 View in CoL [Paralectotypes: USNM, ANSP; ♂ Texas, USA]

Melissodes agilis View in CoL is widely distributed across the USA and northern Mexico. The BBPT collected 52 specimens (33 ♂, 19 ♀) in the Coastal Sage Matorral of Maneadero and Valle de Guadalupe, BC in June and September 2020 ( MABC). This species specializes on pollen from several plant genera in the family Asteraceae ( Fowler 2020) View in CoL . See fig. 107.
