[ Holotype: CASC; ♂ Riverside , Riverside Co., California, USA; April 14, 1927]

Eucera dorsata represents a new species record for Mexico. The BBPT collected two female specimens in the Chaparral region in May 2022 ( MABC). See fig. 103 .
