This species is a new record for Mexico and the BCP. During this study, the BBPT collected two females in the Coastal Sage Matorral in May 2022 and April 2023 (MABC). The floral records from our surveys and those listed on DiscoverLife suggest this species has an affinity for pollen in the family Fabaceae . See fig. 104.
