Nomada erythraea Dalla Torre, 1896 View in CoL **
[ Lectotype: ULQC; ♀ Los Angeles , California, USA]
Nomada erythraea represents a new species record for the BCP and Mexico. We examined nine females: seven collected in the Baja California Mountains at several localities of Sierra Juarez in May 1981 and June 1980, 1982, and 1983; and two from the Chaparral at Sierra San Pedro Mártir in May , and June 1980 ( SDNHM). Additionally, the BBPT collected five females: four in the Baja California Mountains, two in Sierra Juarez in May 2022 and two in Sierra San Pedro Mártir in April 2023; and one in Chaparral at Ojos Negros in April 2022 ( MABC). See fig. 144. Nomada formula Viereck, 1903 View Figure
[ Holotype: ANSP; ♀ San Pedro , Los Angeles Co., California, US]
Nomada formula primarily inhabits the CFP and the Sierra Nevada region. We examined three males collected in the Succulent Coastal Matorral in July 1977. Additionally, the BBPT collected one male in September 2020 in the Coastal Sage Matorral ( MABC). See fig. 144.
