This species is widely distributed across North America. In the BCP, it has been recorded in the Lower Colorado Desert in 1921 ( Cockerell 1924) and the Baja California Mountains in Sierra San Pedro Mártir in June 1980 ( BBSL). The BBPT collected this species in the Baja California Mountains in Sierra San Pedro Mártir in August 2020 and May 2022 (2 ♀). Voucher specimens are in MABC, and ECOAB. See fig. 225 .
