[ Holotype: UCRC; ♀ Boulder , Colorado, USA; June 12, 1905]

This species occurs in western North America from Alaska to the BCP . We reviewed specimens collected in several localities of the Baja California Mountains in Sierra San Pedro Mártir in June 1953 (1 ♀, 1 ♂), July 1977 (1 ♀; CASC), June 1979 (3 ♂, 1 ♀), and June 1980 (2 ♀, 2 ♂; SDNHM). During this study, the BBPT collected one male in chaparral in Sierra San Pedro Mártir in May 2022 ( MABC). See fig. 201 .
