Elachista constitella auct ., nec Frey, 1859: 295.
Subgenus: Aphelosetia ; bedellella species group.
Distribution: Palearctic. Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Russia (European part), Turkey.
Larval host plant(s): unknown.
