Distribution in Iran. Ardabil, Tehran ( Linnavuori 2007), Iran (no locality cited) ( Aukema et al. 2013). General distribution and hosts. Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, Iraq, Turkey (Asian part); collected in Iran on Alkanna sp. ( Linnavuori 2007). The subspecies Thermocoris rivalis suctor Seidenstücker, 1957 was described from Asian Turkey (Ulukišla).
