Holotype. Male. Brazil, São Paulo ( MNRJ).

Geographical Distribution. Brazil, São Paulo.

Comment. Eublaberus serranus is similar to E. fernandoi Lopes & Oliveira, 2000 , differing in the coloration of the pronotum, with central disk dark brown; and apex of median sclerite narrowing from base toapex, which is long and slender.
