Distribution. Assam: Dibrugarh District—Soraipung, Golaghat District—Golaghat; Meghalaya: Tura District— Dibru Hills; Kerala: Thiruvananthapuram District—Kani forest. Non-mangrove.
Habitat dependence. Specific/semi-specific—Adults and larvae. Immature stages were collected, mainly in crabholes in stream margins, and also in some elephant footprints in shaded rainforests.
