Distribution. Tamil Nadu: Muthupettai—Vavval thottam, Maravakadu, Pitchavaram. Mangrove.
Habitat dependence. Transient—Adults and larvae. The immature stages of this species inhabit tree holes, bamboo stumps and artificial containers in mangrove and non-mangrove areas in rainforests.
