Anomophysis australis Quentin et Villiers, 1981: 361 View in CoL . TL: Australia, Nothern Lemty (?). Holotype in MNHN (examined).

Diagnosis. A. australis can be separated from A. coxalis by its distribution and the elytra brown or reddish brown, with weak venations. Male can also be recognised by its acute posterior angles of pronotum.

Types. Anomophysis australis Quentin et Villiers , Holotype male deposited in MNHN, male genitalia dissected and stored separately, with the following labels “northern Lemty [partially unintelligible writing] | Ex-Musaeo Mniszech | Muséum Paris 1952, Coll.

R. Oberthur | Anomophysis australis nobis Holotype ♂, Quentin and Villiers Det. 1979”.

Material examined ( Fig. 16C View Figure 16 ). Australia: ANIC (2 ♀♀): NT, Berrimah, Sep. 1976; [no data].
