Furcaperla View in CoL Cn-G, unassociated female

( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 .)

Material examined. 1 female ( CAU): China, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Fangchenggang City , Shangsi County, Shiwandashan National Forest Park , N 21°54.4’, E 107°54.2’, light trap, 2016. GoogleMaps V.26, leg. Xingyue Liu.

Description of the female ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 ). Forewing length 17.2 mm, hindwing length 15.1 mm. General color pale brown, but the specimen is teneral. Head pale brown with a dark brown quadrate area in ocellar triangle, triocellate, anterior ocellus inconspicuous. M-line pale with a small dark median spot around anterior ocellus. Head slightly wider than pronotum. Antennae brown to dark brown, pedicel dark brown. Palpi brownish. Pronotum darkest in middle third with distinct rugosities. Subgenital plate short and wide, apically slightly notched; posterior margin with two widely divided groups of long hairs. Posterior margin of sternum 9 slightly produced and arcuate.

Remarks. This female from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region can not be identified as any of the above two species. The female subgenital plate is similar to F. bifurcata and F. jiangxiensis but it apparently differs from the latter two by the reduced and inconspicuous anterior ocellus. In F. bifurcata and F. jiangxiensis , anterior ocellus is obvious.
