Notes.— Amischotolype divaricata is characterized by the scrambling habit. It is similar to A. balslevii but differs in having nodes with a ring of hairs, a few lines of hairs on leaf sheaths continuously to the lower surfaces of pseudopetiole and the midrib of leaf blade, slightly shorter sepals and capsule, and hairy filaments. This species is common in northern Thailand.
