Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.7 mm. Completely testaceous, except petiole black. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:5:5:5:5:5:5:5:5:7. Head shiny, setose, completely slightly reticulate rugose; frontal line present, slight; frons without lateral keels along orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 4; OOL = 4; OPL = 4; TL = 2. Pronotum shiny, slightly rugose; posterior surface much shorter than mesoscutum (5:15); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, slightly punctate. Notauli slightly visible, incomplete, reaching about 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Mesopleuron and metapleuron dull, granulate and slightly reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, strongly reticulate rugose, with transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity completely granulate, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with one faint preapical dark transverse band; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (3:10). Protarsomere 1 much longer than 4 (9:2.5); protarsomere 4 produced into hook, about 0.5 × as long as basal part of 5. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 38D View FIGURE 38 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 38D View FIGURE 38 ) with inner side almost rectilinear and with four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
