Description. ♀ ( Fig. 39B View FIGURE 39 ). Fully winged; body length 2.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna black, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs black, except tarsi brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:4:3.5:4:3:4:4:4:4:5. Head dull, granulate, with slight short irregular keels; frontal line present; frons with two lateral incomplete keels along orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 4; OPL = 3; TL = 3.5. Pronotum dull, granulate, with numerous transverse keels; posterior surface very short, shorter than anterior surface and shorter than mesoscutum (5:14); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, very slightly alutaceous, with numerous longitudinal slight keels or furrows. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:8). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 6:1.5:1.5:1.5:7. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 38E View FIGURE 38 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 38E View FIGURE 38 ) with basal part longer than apical part (5:2), with four lamellae and some bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
