Description. ♂ ( Figs 85C, D View FIGURE 85 ). Fully winged; body length 2.1 mm. Head black; mandible testaceous; clypeus yellow- whitish; antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa brown. Antenna filiform, with setae shorter than breadth of antennomeres; antennomeres in following proportions: 7:4:5.5:6:6:6:5:6:5:7. Head shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line absent; frons with longitudinal median furrow; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 4; TL = 3; greatest breadth of posterior ocellus about as long as OL. Mesoscutum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity completely reticulate rugose, without longitudinal or transverse keels; propodeal declivity partly sculptured by areolae less wide than those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (5:7.5). Paramere ( Fig. 87B View FIGURE 87 ) with large inner distal branch wrapping penis. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
