Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 2.1–2.5 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testa- ceous; mesosoma black; metasoma and legs testaceous. Antenna clavate, very setose, with setae longer than breadth of antennomeres; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:5:5:5:5:5:5:5:5:8. Head convex, dull, finely setose, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; frons with two lateral longitudinal keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; vertex with two strong oblique keels connecting lateral ocelli to occipital carina (as in many Deinodryinus ); occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 3; TL = 3; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OPL. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely setose, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures (in specimen from Kenya, 4.57749°S 39.43825°E, mesoscutum weakly granulate). Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.4 × length of mesoscutum (in specimen from Kenya, 4.57749°S 39.43825°E, notauli reaching about 0.25 × length of mesoscutum). Metapectal-propodeal disc with (erroneously “without” in original description) strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels, with areolae about as large as those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:7.5). Paramere ( Fig. 54C View FIGURE 54 ) without inner process, with numerous papillae on inner side. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
