Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 1.5–2.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, some× completely testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, some× completely testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 6:3.5:2:2:2:2:2:2:2.5:5. Head dull, completely granulate; frontal line present or absent; frons without lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 3; TL = 5. Pronotum shiny, with anterior surface granulate and posterior surface unsculptured; posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (3:9); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.3–0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels, with areolae less wide than those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:4.5). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 4.5:1:1:3:7. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 53E View FIGURE 53 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 53E View FIGURE 53 ) with one row of about 10 lamellae; apex with about 7 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 6:4:4:4:3:4:4:4:5:6. Head shiny, granulate, with more or less wide unsculptured frontal region; frontal line absent; frons without lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 3; OPL = 3; TL = 4. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.3–0.6 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels, completely reticulate rugose, with areolae less wide than those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:4). Paramere ( Fig. 54D View FIGURE 54 ) without distal inner pointed process and proximal membranous process. In specimen from Malawi, Kasungu National Park, paramere with inner membranous band. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
