Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.2 mm. Head black, except mandible, part of clypeus and part of malar space testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 6–10 darkened; propleuron black; pronotum black, except lateral regions and pronotal tubercle testaceous; rest of mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:6:25:13:12:8:7:6:5:8; ADOs in antennomeres 5–10. Head dull, smooth, granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, laterally reaching eyes; temple absent; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 6; OPL = 1. Pronotum dull, granulate, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression; disc slightly humped; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels, with median area granulate and lateral areas rugose. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (10:8). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 17:3:7:17:30. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 149F View FIGURE 149 ) without subdistal teeth, with one row of 6 bristles, with apex rounded and provided with two lamellae and few bristles. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 149F View FIGURE 149 ) with two rows of 8 (longer) + 15 (shorter) lamellae; apex with approximately 16 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type: ♀ holotype: MADAGASCAR: Toliara, 12 km NW of Amboasary, Berenty , 5– 15.V.1983, J.S. Noyes & M.C. Day leg., B.M. 1983–201 ( NHMUK) .
