Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna with scape and pedicel testaceous and flagellomere 1 black (other flagellomeres missing in unique known specimen); mesosoma black; metasoma missing in unique known specimen; legs brown, except tarsus and protibia testaceous. First three antennomeres in following proportions: 11:5:23 (other antennomeres missing in unique known specimen). Head flat, dull, granulate and reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, laterally not reaching eyes; temple absent; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 9. Pronotum dull, granulate, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; posterior collar absent; disc humped; pronotal tubercle almost reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate and reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with central area sculptured by irregular and longitudinal keels (area surrounded by distinct keel). Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (9:6). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 13:3:6:9:20. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 149A View FIGURE 149 ) without subdistal teeth, with one row of eight bristles. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 149A View FIGURE 149 ) with two rows of approximately 18 lamellae; apex with approximately 12 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
