Description. ♀ ( Figs 120C, D View FIGURE 120 , 123 View FIGURE 123 A–C). Fully winged; body length 4.8–7.5 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons (more along orbits) yellow or testaceous (clypeus with posterior half brown in specimen from Central African Republic, 3º02.01’N 16º24.57’E); antenna testaceous, except first two antennomeres yellow; propleuron black; pronotum black, except lateral margins and posterior collar reddish or testaceous; rest of mesosoma black (with brown nuances in specimen from Central African Republic, 3º02.01’N 16º24.57’E); metasoma yellow–brown; legs yellow-testaceous. Head ( Figs 121C View FIGURE 121 , 123B View FIGURE 123 ) shiny, unsculptured, except many slight striae on frons and vertex; occipital carina complete; lateral ocelli situated very close to occipital carina; POL = OL; OPL shorter than OL. Pronotum ( Fig. 123A View FIGURE 123 ) shiny, with many striae around disc; pronotum bare, except posterior collar very setose; pronotum crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; anterior collar hardly visible; posterior collar short, about 0.5 × as long as distance from tegula to pronotal tubercle (4:9); pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum ( Fig. 123A View FIGURE 123 ) dull, granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, granulate. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing ( Fig. 123C View FIGURE 123 ) with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein more than 3 × as long as proximal part (17:5). Protarsomere 1 about as long as 4 (17:16); protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 121D View FIGURE 121 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 11 lamellae (lamellae situated near subdistal tooth very long and similar to peg–like setae). Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 121D View FIGURE 121 ) with two rows of about 30 lamellae; apex with approximately 13 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
